Shipping

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. Your goods will be dispatched after we have received your payment and will usually be dispatched on the next working day. The delivery time may vary and is usually 3-5 working days. You can find further information in our terms and conditions.

 

We deliver to all other EU countries.

There is a shipping fee of €9.99 for small products and €19.99 for larger products. There may occure taxes which need to be payed by customer. Delivery time usually takes more than 5 days. There may occur taxes which need to be payed by customers.

Returns

If you want to cancel your purchase, please send us an email to equipmyhorse.store(at)gmail.com. In case of a revocation, the shipping costs for the outward and return shipment have to be paid by the customer. The return shipment must be made via a freely selectable, insured shipping method. The consignment number or similar must be communicated to Equip My Horse by e-mail. The amount incurred for said outbound shipping will be deducted from the original purchase amount to be refunded upon receipt of the goods in our warehouse.
